Hi Wylie! 🤍 I’m Gwen, the face behind @nailsby_gwen—a mom of two boys and a nail tech with 15 years of experience, building a dream one set at a time. Being a mom while trying to grow a business isn’t always easy. Some days I’m balancing little hands that need me with the hands sitting across my nail table. But I love being a mom, and I love having something creative that’s mine, too. Nails are my way of expressing myself, connecting with people, and helping someone leave feeling a little more confident. From a clean, simple set to detailed nail art, I put care into every appointment. As I build my home studio here in Wylie, I’m hoping to create a cozy space where you can relax, feel welcome, and be yourself. I’m a hardworking mom putting my experience and heart into something for my family’s future. Every booking, referral, share, and kind word means so much. CANCELLATION POLICY
NAILS BY GWEN — BOOKING POLICIES Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee. Clients arriving 30 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may have their appointment canceled or rescheduled at my discretion, depending on the remaining time and service booked. Please contact me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. Thank you for respecting my time and other clients’ appointments! Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact me as soon as possible. Deposits A $20 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your final service total. Deposit handling for cancellations and rescheduling will follow the policy disclosed at booking. Nail Art & Pricing Please send inspiration photos several days before your appointment. Intricate nail art, 3D designs, charms, extra length, and specialty finishes may incur additional charges. Final pricing will be confirmed before the service begins.
